The Carpenter
Man, I really need work on more personal images, I feel like it's draining. That sounds like a bad thing but I guess I just take things too seriously- I want to invest all my mental energy into personal work; it's not just a work habit but more I think really believe that's how it should be. Sometimes it's that feeling of drawing for sake of drawing, making pretty things for some kinda mild visual ecstasy.
With that said, here is The Carpenter, ominous spirit of creation. The hot wax warms the soul and lenses peer deeply. I guess this is kind of a part 2 from the previous lamp post... hmm. Or I'm just a sucker for repetitive themes :P Intricate crafts keep the eyes busy, feeding and sacrificing each work with a piece of mind and spirit. I imagine this being gliding slowly, making every turn of his/her head with a cautious glare. I was going to have him/her holding a large twisted needle but drawing hands make me nervous and stop. Oh well, it's satisfying for now :)
